When Charlie's class has ended for the day, he gathers his books and heads down the hall. He stops at the water fountain to quench his dry mouth.
He walks outside of Henderson and he thinks to himself that it is a beautiful day. As he strolls across campus he spots Bill walking on the opposite end of the walkway. The two meet in the middle and begin discussing how their day was.
Bill tells Charlie that he has to go to Morgan to check on his financial aid, Charlie said that he will walk with him because he has time to kill until his next class starts.
Bill and Charlie continue their stroll to Morgan, Charlie slaps his arm to avoid a mosquito bite. Bill stops to bend down and tie his shoe.
At that moment, Charlie looks down to see what Bill was doing. Splat!!! Bill looks up to see what the loud noise was. At a distance, Bill spots his wounded friend in the bushes dazed at what just happened.
"That damn guy just hit me with his bicycle" said Charlie. Bill looked around and the bicycle rider was gone. Charlie collects his books from the bushes and they continue their walk to Morgan.
As Bill and Charlie reach the doors of Morgan, Charlie spots the bike that just gave him a good smack. It was chained to the bike rack outside the building. With a grin on his face, Charlie looked at Bill and the sound of "psssssssssssssssst" seemed so liberating.
"That will teach him" said Charlie, as he walked away he gave the bike one last glace to make sure both the tires were flat.

Crazy Parking Lot Driving
As many students are well aware, the fall semester is back in session. With that brings students that are often in hurries to get to class, get to work, or even go home and take a nap. As soon as that clock strikes the time for the students to get out of class, they rush to their cars and speed out of the parking lots. Some students don't pay attention as they zoom around corners in their car and nearly miss fellow students as becoming speed bumps. What is with all the rush? Everyone is as equally busy, but come on, be courteous of the pedestrians. Don't pedestrians have the right away anyway? And what is with the frustration when a car is coming down the street and a student is in the middle of the street crossing, as soon as the student is out of the way, the car speeds up and zooms right passed as if they are irritated because they had to wait for the student to cross. If you are one of those crazed parking lot drivers, please be aware of the students that are walking or that are just trying to get to their class as well. If time is an issue, than leave earlier to get to the destination and allow yourself that extra time. Stop the crazed parking lot driving.
